Built With
Elementor
Wordpress
A local legal services business had an existing WordPress website built with Bricks Builder. As an EMD (Exact Match Domain), it was already receiving valuable organic traffic – but the site wasn’t optimized for conversions.
Beyond an outdated design, the SEO was built on old practices, several pages had no real value, and there were two separate contact pages that were confusing visitors.
The new site was rebuilt for conversions – with a modern design, faster load times, and a strong focus on social proof and trust signals. Real reviews were placed across all pages (a 20-year-old business with over 180 positive reviews).
The contact form was simplified, SEO was improved through Advanced Schema markup and quality content, and images were edited and optimized.
The site is now built in Elementor with full analytics access across Google Search Console, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity.
No pre-made templates were used – I build on my own custom Elementor framework developed over time, with custom functions, SEO baked in from the start (site architecture, navigation, schema), and global templates with dynamic connections.

Top 10 Rankings
Background on EMD domains: When your primary keyword is part of your domain name, Google tends to rank you well for that term with relatively little effort – as it assumes users searching that phrase may be looking for your site specifically. It’s an old trick that still works.
However, the site was built several years ago and had accumulated technical issues, conversion problems, and an outdated design.
The collaboration happened in two phases. In the first phase, I handled the basics – installing Google Search Console and Analytics, and creating a new page on the existing site. A few months later, we moved forward with a full site rebuild in WordPress from scratch, on the same domain.
Google Search Console – Early 2026
Traffic is growing steadily. For a local legal services business, a single click can turn into a long-term client – especially when the site is modern and optimized for conversions.
Google Analytics – Conversion Stats
Organic traffic is converting into real inquiries across multiple contact points.
Ahrefs – Traffic & Keyword Rankings
Ahrefs shows consistent growth in both traffic and the number of keywords ranking in the top 3 and top 10.
Ahrefs – Backlink Report (Local Citations)
For local businesses, citations matter – but quality beats quantity.
An often-overlooked factor: citations only have value if they’re indexed by Google. I use a premium indexing service, and citation quality (images, business description, etc.) also plays a role in increasing indexation chances.
The backlink report from Google Search Console confirms the citations created are indexed.
Year-Over-Year Comparison – Google Search Console (3 months)
Compared to the same period the previous year, the new site achieved:
- +86% in click volume
- +206% in impressions
Bing Webmaster Tools
Results are also positive in Bing Webmaster Tools, with a consistent upward trend in clicks and impressions.
Bing is growing as a search engine – and traffic from Bing tends to convert better than Google traffic.
Google Business Profile Rankings
The business profile dominates local map results for the primary keyword, largely due to the business’s long history and nearly 200 positive reviews. After a profile audit and re-optimization, additional improvements were observed for secondary services.
Ranking #2 in Google for a Competitive National Keyword
All 4 blog posts are receiving clicks, but one post reached position #2 in Google for a competitive national keyword – outranking a major national news website.
The only site ranked above it is the official government registry.
This keyword is semantically closely related to the main service offered.
Conversion Stats
Traffic means nothing if it doesn’t convert into potential clients. From October 2025 to February 18, 2026, the site recorded:
- 26 WhatsApp button clicks
- 12 contact form submissions (hot leads)
- 11 phone number clicks
Note: Analytics data is only recorded when visitors accept the cookie banner. The figures above reflect organic traffic only, excluding Google Ads.
Including leads from Google Ads campaigns, the total from October 2025 to February 18, 2026 was 39 contact form submissions. A visitor who fills out a contact form is significantly more likely to convert into a paying client than someone who simply clicks a WhatsApp button.
Google Analytics – Last 90 Days (including paid traffic):
- 23 contact form submissions
- 68 WhatsApp button clicks
- 30 phone number clicks
Conclusion
For a small local business, these numbers may seem modest – but for a legal services business where a single new client can generate significant revenue, the impact on profit margins is very real.
The new site has also improved the conversion rate of Google Ads campaigns.
Beyond the SEO actions mentioned above, the project also included: Advanced Schema markup, custom event tracking via Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity installation, anti-spam measures, image editing and optimization, and various site modifications based on client requests.
Monthly video reports were delivered for the first 3 months post-launch, with data-driven adjustments applied – particularly based on Microsoft Clarity session recordings.
